April 19 Salt Lake Acting Company - 7pm What does it mean to be a contemporary woman living in the shadow of the old west? In this companion piece to Kurt Proctor’s Roundup , the tables are turned as we see the west from the woman’s side. Toni has a rock shop in Moab, Utah, Lisa is a river runner. Charlotte has moved west to get in touch with her Native spirit guides. From birth to death, they explore the Native side of the west in this magical tribute to the contemporary, western woman.

This year, 12 Salt Lake City actors are reaching into their “hope chest” to pull out a performance they’ve always loved but would NEVER be cast in: wrong age, wrong gender, wrong race, or just plain wrong!
